A strong will

As Abs has been getting older her personality has really been developing as well. There are two extreme sides. She is both very sweet and loving.... In contrast with stubborn and strong willed....Not that having a strong will is a bad thing. It is going to take a lot of work and patience if that is a trait that sticks. So I have been thinking a lot about it as of late because the thought of failing to help her harness the positive side of that trait makes me nervous. The last thing we want is a rebellious or spoiled child. I have already begun speaking to her softly telling her she doesn't need to be a mad panda. I tell her this when she is mid-tantrum, arching her back, spitting, grunting, and fussing.... Hearing my voice seems to calm her for now. I just wonder what the future will bring.
