A year ago.....

A year ago today we found out for sure our lives were about to change forever. I can't believe it has already been a year. I am so glad for our little blessing who is fighting sleep as I post this :)

Finally getting this started

So I have been wanting to close my Facebook account for a while. I am tired of being able to know what is going on in people's lives, but not have actual contact with them in months, weeks, even sad to say.... years. It was a hard decision, one I have been pondering for about 6 months. I realize I won't have as easy of access to people, but I hope that I can develop more solid friendships through it.
Anyway, I hope for the few of you who follow me from Facebook and others who join along the way will find this more informative about how we are doing in "The Big D".
